Our first add-on service plan covers everything that the standard plan does plus:
• Yearly System Inspection (We will test all components on the system, clean any smoke detectors, and update your call list)
• 20% discount off Weekend and Holiday service calls
• 10% discount off Installation and Programming Labor
• 10% discount off additional equipment purchases
• Remote update of system when available
• $99.00 Cellular Upgrades when a Cellular Sunset occurs

Our Elite plan includes all the fantastic benefits of our Standard and Premium plans as well as:

Our Elite plan starts at $39.95 per month.
*If the Customer has contracted for a Service Plan, service will include unlimited services calls performed during normal business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (but excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays performed for the life of the agreement. A $25.00 trip charge will apply for each service call, but all parts and labor will be covered after that.If the Customer has contracted for a Service Plan, service will include unlimited services calls performed during normal business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (but excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays performed for the life of the agreement. A $25.00 trip charge will apply for each service call, but all parts and labor will be covered after that. The Service Plan does not include batteries or labor or parts relating to any service, repair or replacement arising from or relating to any part that (i) is at or near the end of its life expectancy, (ii) is the subject of a product recall; (iii) requires service, repair or replacement due to damage caused by the Customer, power surges, misuse, vandalism, lack of proper maintenance, service by other parties, relocation by or on behalf of the Customer, or acts of God (such as fires, earthquakes, floods, tornadoes, etc.), or (iv) was installed by any person or entity other than the Company at any time before or after the date of this Agreement.
